The first vice president remained optimistic towards the future of the country’s economy in his address as he believed Iran has an edge over neighboring countries in terms of investment opportunities.
He emphasized that for the upcoming decade, Iranian economy has the mission to shore up sustainable development, public prosperity, and economic clout, which, in turn, boosts national authority.
According to Jahangiri, in the wake of the nuclear accord clinched between Iran and world powers on the Iranian nuclear program, there has been a surge of foreign investors to explore investment avenues in Iran more seriously.
“We have been attempting to set the scene for all companies to involve in transparent economic activity in Iran, otherwise they are blacklisted”, Jahangiri was quoted as saying.
